Holistic Health Coaching
Our Health Coaching sessions are for adults who sense that their daily habits are shaping their mood, energy, and stress levels, and want practical support to make real changes. We look at what your days actually look like-how you sleep, eat, move, rest, and unwind-and then work together to gently shift those patterns in ways that feel realistic, not overwhelming.
During coaching, we might explore simple adjustments to your evening routine to support deeper sleep, create a plan for regular meals that stabilize your energy, or build small movement breaks into your workday to ease tension and clear your mind. We also pay close attention to stress: how it shows up in your body, the thoughts that tend to spiral, and the parts of your week that feel most draining. From there, we experiment with grounding practices, time boundaries, and recovery practices that help your nervous system settle.
Because we are part of a mental health and wellness co-op, your coach can coordinate with your therapist, psychiatrist, or bodywork practitioner if you wish. That way, changes you're making in coaching can align with the work you're doing in therapy, medication management, massage, or yin-style somatic sessions.
Many people come to Health Coaching when they feel stuck between knowing what might help and actually doing it. Our role is not to judge or lecture, but to break change into manageable steps, celebrate progress, and adjust the plan as your life shifts. Over time, clients often notice steadier energy, clearer focus, a kinder inner dialogue, and a growing sense that their daily routines are supporting their mental and physical wellbeing.
Whether your goal is to feel less frazzled, build routines that support recovery from anxiety or depression, or simply take better care of your future self, Health Coaching offers a structured yet compassionate space to move forward.
